the Cape honeysuckle, is a species of flowering plant in the family Bignoniaceae, native to southern Africa. Despite its common name, it is not closely related to the true honeysuckle.
Fast growing woody vine or sprawling vine. Leaves are compound and the leaflets are ovate. It has a trumpet shaped
orange flower growing in a cluster during fall and winter. It can be used as espalier and also suitable as a hedge if its
pruned. It needs support for trailing.
