Blanquilla pear tree

The 'Blanquilla' Pear Tree is a very attractive variety of pear producing good regular crops of medium-large fruit.  Elongated shaped pears are thin skinned, a matte light green in colour and slightly rough to the touch. A small 'heart' is contained within the white flesh which is full of delicately flavoured sugar sweet juice which releases when a bite is taken giving it a common name of a 'Water Pear'.
